Refund Policy
Every item we make is created special for each customer, for each occasion. Custom designed cookies and cakes are an art. Art is subjective, and no two items are identical. There are too many aspects and details that go into creating a customer bakery item for refunds to be a viable business practice. We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen. For example, if the color of frosting is not exactly what was envisioned, we cannot offer a credit. If the flavor of the cake or filling is incorrect, we will offer a store credit in the amount of the cake or flavor.
Sending someone other than the person listed on the order form to pick up and sign for an order is at your own risk.
Cancellation Policy
When you place your order, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least one week in advance. Order spaces are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another customer access to that order date.
In order to be respectful of your fellow cake lovers, please call our store at (330) 725-0912 as soon as you know if you should have to cancel or make any changes to your order. We cannot make any changes to an order within one week of its pick-up date.
If you do not call at least one week in advance, your card on file will be charged 50% of the order price.
If you fail to pick up your order, your card on file will be charged 100% of the order price.
